Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or using Zenbizo Drop, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the app for a store, branch, company, or client, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

The Service

Zenbizo Drop provides tools for managing store branches, sellers, buyer transactions, item types, transaction statuses, claimed totals, rebates, penalties, HF/TF values, cash-out dates, subscription controls, admin restrictions, and reporting.

The app is an operational recordkeeping tool. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, payroll, or financial advice.

Accounts and Security

  • You must provide accurate account, store, and contact information.
  • You are responsible for keeping devices, sessions, and shared links secure.
  • Admins may suspend, restore, restrict, or update accounts, branches, subscribers, and feature access.
  • You must promptly report unauthorized access or suspected security issues to your account administrator.

Store, Seller, Buyer, and Transaction Data

Store owners and authorized users control the information they enter into the app. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and business use of seller, buyer, item, payment, penalty, pickup, cash-out, and transaction records.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Payment Status

  • Trial users may receive a 7-day trial unless an admin extends, shortens, cancels, or changes the trial.
  • Subscription tiers may include starter, standard, pro, plus, or other admin-managed configurations.
  • Feature availability, seller limits, branch access, and store settings may change based on subscription plan or admin restrictions.
  • Payment status, payment month, one-time payment status, and subscriber status may be updated by an authorized admin.
  • Fees, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellation handling should follow the written agreement or invoice provided to the account owner.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Do not upload or enter data you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, feature restrictions, subscriptions, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Do not interfere with the app, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or use it to attack other systems.
  • Do not share public seller links or internal reports with people who should not receive them.

Admin Controls and Branch Access

Super admins and authorized account admins may configure plans, billing status, subscriber status, branch access, feature flags, item types, penalties, HF/TF settings, and user restrictions. Users only receive the access granted to them.

Availability and Changes

The app may change over time. Features may be added, removed, limited, suspended, or adjusted for maintenance, security, reliability, subscription status, or business reasons. The service may occasionally be unavailable.

Intellectual Property

Zenbizo Drop, the app design, software, workflows, and branding are owned by the app operator or its licensors. Store owners keep responsibility for the business data they enter into the app.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security concerns, misuse, legal risk, violation of these Terms, or at the request of the account owner. Some data may be retained where needed for records, security, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

Disclaimers and Limitations

The app is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data, unauthorized sharing, or misuse of the app.
