How Zenbizo Drop collects, uses, protects, and shares account, store, seller, buyer, transaction, subscription, and support information.
Overview
Zenbizo Drop helps store owners and authorized users manage branches, sellers, buyer transactions, item types, pickup and cash-out records, penalties, HF/TF values, subscription status, and related reports.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled through the app and how it is used. Store owners are responsible for making sure they have permission to enter seller, buyer, and transaction information into the app.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, phone number, Google login identifiers, and business/store name.
- Store and branch information, such as store names, phone numbers, addresses, feature settings, item types, HF/TF settings, penalty settings, and branch access flags.
- Seller and transaction information, such as seller names, buyer names, order amounts, rebates, status, dropping date, pickup date, cash-out date, item type, penalty calculations, and internal admin fields.
- Subscription and billing administration data, such as plan, subscriber status, trial dates, payment status, payment month, payment type, notes, and service restrictions.
- Technical information, such as authentication session details, device/browser data, app preferences, theme settings, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How We Use Information
- To create accounts, authenticate users, and keep sessions secure.
- To display stores, sellers, transactions, totals, penalties, claims, HF/TF values, cash-out information, and reports.
- To apply admin-managed subscriptions, trial periods, feature flags, branch access, and account restrictions.
- To provide support, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability.
- To comply with legal, security, accounting, or administrative obligations.
Public Seller Views
The app may provide seller-facing public or shared views. These views are designed to hide internal-only fields such as HF/TF when configured that way, but store owners should review every shared link and only share it with intended recipients.
Service Providers
The app uses third-party services to operate core functionality, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and admin services, and Google when a user chooses Google sign-in. These providers process information as needed to deliver the service.
Data Sharing
- With authorized users in the same account or branch, based on the access settings configured by admins.
- With service providers that host, secure, authenticate, or support the app.
- When required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.
- With a successor organization if the app or business is transferred, merged, or reorganized.
Data Security
The app uses Google sign-in, account authentication, role-based access, admin controls, and database permissions to help protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so users should protect devices, limit branch access, and avoid sharing sensitive links publicly.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain business records, support subscriptions, resolve disputes, comply with obligations, and preserve transaction history. Admins may suspend accounts or mark records deleted while retaining related records when needed for audit or continuity.
User Choices and Requests
- Users may update account, store, seller, or transaction information where the app provides editing controls.
- Account owners may request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information, subject to business, security, and legal limits.
- Users may sign out, stop using the service, or request account review through their store owner or app administrator.
Children
The app is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Users should not enter information from children unless they have a lawful business reason and proper permission.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the app changes. The latest version will be posted in the Legal area of the app with the updated date.
